BLACK RIVER HEATING & COOLING

Description of Work: My house did not have air conditioning when I purchased it. Because it is a split level, I wasn't able to put central air throughout. I received multiple estimates and proposals to add air conditioning to the house. Larry (Black River Heating and Cooling owner) was recommended to me by my realtor. When I called, he immediately scheduled an appointment to determine the scope of work. When it was determined that an electrician was needed, he immediately schedule that assessment. Once I decided his was the person to do this job because of the plan he developed, he worked around my schedule to do the work. He did it at the agreed upon timeframe and completed the job on time. He made sure that everything was clean each evening when he left. I could not have asked for a more professional experience. On a personal note - he made every effort to assure my dogs were comfortable throughtout the process. In summary, he was prompt, courteous, professional and on-time and in budget. I cannot recommend Larry and Black River Heating and Cooling more highly.
