Extremely disappointed. The project seemed straight forward and was going well until the last day. The crew arrived early and I was not home so they decided it was okay and appropriate to enter the house through a window to start working. When I asked them to stop so I could walk through the house and see the progress they didn't. They made it so I was not able to enter the house since I couldnt walk on the floors. The next day when the floors were dry I found that there was stain all over the walls in every room (all that I just paid to have painted...) as well as a broken paddle to my ceiling fan and a hole in one of the walls. They also spilled some kind of chemical on my driveway causing damage. I notified the owner Carlos Rossi and he said he would follow up when he returned from vacation. It's now been multiple weeks without anything. I do not recommend this company. There must be others who are more professional and responsive.

The floors look great. The price was reasonable. The response was quick and Carlos was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

It went very well. The cost was reasonable. They showed up when they said they would. They taped off the rest of the house so well there was very little dust to clean up

Carlos did a great job on our floors, they were scratched and in poor condition before and after they were sanded and stained they looked brand new. It was all finished in just a few days, highly recommend.

Carlos did a fantastic job. The crew was on-time each day, they were very polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. We’re delighted with the quality of the work and the price for the job. Carlos was great to work with and continually checked with us to make sure we were pleased with the progress as well as the finished job. We highly recommend Carlos and will absolutely use him again.

They were concise and clean. They did a great job in the short amount of time and we enjoy working with them. Reasonable price.

It's wonderful and it came out beautiful.

They were very professional, they showed up when they promised they would and completed the job in a timely manner.

They were hired through a contractor. They were late, rude and inconsiderate. The one worker was one the phone the whole time he was working. They left a mess inside and out. They didn't have enough of the correct size baseboard to finish and said they would come back and had my husband sign off and never came back. After many, many calls to the contractor they finally finished it.
