furniture repair
+ -1 moreMy husband and went into the store to speak with the owner regarding estimate and repairs done to many of our antiques. We just moved from the west coast and the moving company damaged many of our antiques. The owner wasn't in and his repair assistant took our name and phone number. After several weeks of not getting even a simple phone call we went back to the store again to see the owner. Once again he wasn't in, we spoke with the same repair assistant and she said he was too busy.. I asked her for a reference and she smugly indicated there was no one else.. We are very disappointed that we didn't even get a courtesy phone call, and a possible reference to help us out..
Description of Work: Couldn't even get a response.. Very unprofessional
