washer had a problem that was intermittent - Isaac came back twice in the same evening  to diagnose - ordered part - washer was up & running 2 days latter - this guy is great!

Great! Very responsive- even on his vacation! Have called on him for years, perhaps 4 times for various appliances. Honest, accurate quotes, no fee for justva visit/evaluation like so many other places. Travels all over, even nights/weekends. Never had ANY problems with him- all contractors should be like him!

He had to fix the previous heating companies work. Wires were Hooked up wrong. Issac took the time to show me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Now all zone in my house have proper heat. He was honest with fair pricing. , Finally got my system working as it should after two people could not. Hired him for my office as well. The unit in my office had a bad motor winding. He saved me a fortune by using a different winding Thus avoiding a major repair !! I will never use anyone else for heating or cooling.

The service was excellent. Issac came exactly at the time he had said. He originally thought the problem was the timer, but just in case, he suggested a three step strategy: 1. Have the water company check outside 2. Have the plumber check the main shut off valve 3. He would replace the timer only if the first two steps were okay. The problem turned out to be the shut off valve so He didn't try to sell me a new timer. He tried to save me money if it was the timer by ordering a rebuilt timer. When the problem was found to be the water flow, he actually sent back the timer he had ordered. He only charged me for the original service call, even though he came 2 extra times to check the washer after the plumber replaced the shutoff valve. I found Isaac to be very knowledgeable and capable and friendly and courteous and refreshingly honest and ethical. I was very impressed with his integrity and trusted him completely even though it was my first time using his service. I would highly recommend Isaac's Repair Service to anyone needing appliance repair. Repair service doesn't get any better than this!

Other company gave up on this installation. It took Isaak 1 hr including a trip to Home Depot since not all the parts needed for the installation were included. Very fast, neat, effective and truly polite - quite unusual combination. He payed attention to every single detail of this installation so everything fits as perfectly as possible. Grateful and happy:)

Isaac was prompt and courteous. I was not at the house at the time, but we worked together to establish a good time to be there.
He came as promised and checked out the fridge. He told me that the cost of repair would not be worthwhile. He also gave some tips on how to shop for a new fridge. I was more than pleased with the whole experience and will call Isaac again.
