Hard to believe this behavior, but it did happen just as described.
Denying a conversation and insisting that I am effectively delusional about who I spoke to is pretty unnerving.
I am now spending my money elsewhere at a reputable appliance dealer regardless of how their price compares with Eatontown TV.
The experience was so jarring and awful that it almost makes you want to take a shower.
