The inspection was excellent. Alan was a true professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.

Alan Walker was early for the appt which was very impressive. I had obviosuly not closed the house yet and wanted to be there. He claimed that he had already seen the grounds and "visualized" the roof. He seemed to move around efficiently throughout the house and seemed to know what he was doing.
My issues: The price was more that what others were charging in the area; but he came in recommended from my real estate agent. Also, I felt his report was not firm enough on the water spots in the basement. If I was an inspector, in hindsight, I would have been more elaborate in that area. He also missed a clear evidence of prior history of water leak from the masterbathroom stall which my handyman picked walking in for an unrelated job. Lastly, PLEASE, if the customer calls you, have the courtesy to return the call. I was most annoyed by his lack of communication once the monies were paid.
