He's good. The work he's done is excellent. He's very clean and very polite. He's efficient, on time, and returns phone calls. He's reliable and inexpensive.

He is the only one that has come and finished what he started. He also has worked as a builder for 15 years. I have recommended him to my neighbors. He really gets the work done. He is good. He is very amicable. He appreciates recommendation. He does good work and he did great metering for the molding that I had asked him. I wish I found him in 2009 before I could spend money on others. I had put new siding and they didn't put it right and it was popping out and he had noticed it and he said he will get the ladder next time he comes. I totally forgot about it and he comes 2 weeks later and is ready to do the other work. I have been using him for the last six months. He is helping me to re-align my cabinets because the guys that aligned them never aligned or leveled them and it was a mess. He was lot cheaper than most of them. He has good humor and conscientiousness. I couldn't get a better guy. He is not stretching the hour and he comes in, brings his tools does his job. I have a wooden gate and it was dragging and he said he didn't have the right tool but he will get around it and he did it when I wasn't here and I came back and went through the gate and realized Mark must have been here because it doesn't drag anymore. The price is good. The quality of the work is excellent and he cleans up after himself.
