After many other services performed, we had confidence that the installation of a new sidewalk would go smoothly. At first, it did! Even getting compliments from our neighbors. That was September 2013, by March 2015 only 1 and 1/2 year later, the sidewalk was flaking apart. We were told it was from the Calcium Chloride we put down during a snow storm that month. However; we did our due dillegence and did not use ROCK SALT!! We went from store to store to find Calcium Chloride as this is what is supposed to be ok for your sidewalk. After only 1 use; the sidewalk started flaking.
We called the Calcium Chloride company who states the concrete was not mixed properly or sured properly. At this time we immediately started contacting Lori and Sal at Paladino. Up to this point they had been great to work with and very considerate but this time it took call after call and email after email to get a response. We then got cousin Sal to come out and look at the sidewalk and then after months of back and forth the concrete company - Eastern Concrete came out as well. The concrete company wanted to blame the city for salting the streets and said it must have hit our sidewalk. Funny - didn't hit anyone else's on the block.
Big Sal, did agree to repour the sidewalk but because the concrete company will not take any responsibility, he said we needed to cover the costs of the supplies. However; for a job that originally cost $1,600, the supplies would now cost us $1,000! Sorry but that math doesn't add up! We should not have to foot a penny but then to be asked to pay $1,000 when they already had at least $10,000 of our money due to various jobs they performed is outrageous. 
How can a company not provide any type of warranty on their materials?
I want a better answer to this problem! In our eyes; this should be broken up and re-poured without a penny coming from us the homeowner!

After the work was completed, it looked good, but a few months later, we noticed cracks were beginning to develop.  A few months after that, a big crack was visible on the walkway on the side of the house.  In front, the top stone step had a large crack in it and on the concrete walkway the cement started flaking away.  We had another contractor look at it and he said that the cement mix was wrong and was too white in color.  I called the office 3 times since the work was completed and was told that they would come down to look at it. Now it has been a year and we are still waiting and no one came. We even took pictures of the problem at their request and heard nothing.

It went fine except there was a waiver we needed for the town and he did not remind us that we needed that.

They were excellent, professional and punctual.

i will post a much greater review if or when i have the work done, but so far so good... $5000 for about 450sf seems pretty reasonable...

Sal and his team removed my existing asphalt driveway and repaved it. They also removed part of a retaining wall to enlarge the driveway entrance. Due to zoning law updates in my town, he also had to last minute put concrete at the front of my driveway. The driveway looks great. The cost was extremely reasonable and responsiveness was very professional. I definitely recommend them.

From the estimate to the completion of the entire job, it was done very professional. Bari the manager was very professional and attentive to our needs. Received many estimates, they provided a solid price for all the work that needed to be done. The crew was always on time while performing the job and are knowledgeable. I would recommend and use in the future if the need arises.

They are superb. They tore up the driveway and repaved it in the same day. I have a driveway now that I never could have imagined. They were so professional. I was very impressed with their work. They honored the price given to me months ago.

The quality was good. The work they did was quick and clean. They cleaned up fast and did the work fast; it was just like a two-day job, so they were pretty quick.

My experience with them was nothing but fantastic. They provided personal service and attention to detail. No job is done until it is done to the customer's satisfaction. The quality of the work was excellent. Their professionalism couldn't be better, from the boss down to the workers.

He is very professional. He comes out, does his job and makes sure that he does good work. He was quick to finish the job. I saw their truck in many places and so I just gave them a shot. I got a couple of estimates and he was the only one that fit to do the job. They cleaned up every day. The owner of the company always stops by and makes sure that his guys are doing the job.

They came to work on time and got the job done. There were several problems with the materials and they handled the problems without any issue whatsoever. They are very adaptable. I intend to use them again this spring.
