Toilet was installed against code (too close to bathtub). Refused to fix even with additional payment... Toilet exhaust pipe was installed with a pitch towards the toilet, not away from it. Had to redo... Shower was installed without a valve that turns it on & off (despite valve was available and provided)... Found out after tiles were installed, had to redo the work. Bathtub thin-set was set on plywood instead of backerboard - hopefully plywood will remain strong...
