Our basic Pre-construction Services include: Consultant Team Assembly - Facilitate a dialog between the owner, architect, engineers and other project team members to define goals together and ensure all the client’s needs are met. Project Evaluation - Review the project concept and design for constructability, feasibility, schedule and cost considerations. Site Selection - Evaluate the proposed site and analyze potential impacts on schedule, design, permitting, logistics and cost. Coordination with Local Authorities - Work closely with local regulatory agencies to determine requirements and analyze any project impacts. Conceptual Estimating - Perform quantity takeoffs; project management, equipment and labor analysis; work discipline review; and evaluate project cost versus historical data. Value Engineering - Generate, examine and refine creative alternatives to achieve high client acceptance at a lower price. They are great. They are on time, very clean, very professional and very pleasant to work with. They are a little bit on the higher side, but not so much so because I looked at other builders. They weren't the most or least expensive, I would say they were pretty reasonable.
Description of Work: Fifo Five Builders just finished up my kitchen renovation. They gutted the kitchen, knocked down a wall, extended my kitchen, installing walls, floors, granite - the whole nine yards.
