Overall, the experience was a very positive one. I was most impressed with their quality of work. Since I was unable to be on premise often, we scheduled a daily call to discuss progress to date and to answer any questions. Since then, I have used Father and Sons on multiple projects across numerous investment properties including my own Beach House where they built a 30? x 15? deck last spring. At the end of the day, I look for a good balance in price and quality. Equally important is my ability to build a relationship with the contractor of trust, since I am an absent owner on most projects. I found all these attributes with this contractor and will continue to use them as my first choice.
