It's overall a very good experience. All work is done as promised and in time. A main concern of mine is that I have to hire someone to open up the ceiling, someone to fix it, and someone else to close up the ceiling, because most plumbers I called wouldn't give me a quote without opening the ceiling. Frank understood my situation and was willing to do the project from start to end, and gave me a reasonable quote. I'm glad I picked DiPasqua, they are nice to work with and professional. When they found the issue was much smaller than we anticipated, they reduced the price. I'm happy with their follow-up call one week after the work was done. It came unexpected.

They came to our house at 8:00 in the morning and told us what the problem was. Once my husband heard that, he was able to do the repair himself. They didn't charge us anything because it was a follow-up.

They were very courteous and conscientious. I was impressed with when it was time to turn off the water or the gas they would let us know and it was for a short time so they did not leave us without any of those services.
