Facility is small and therefore limiting for individual work outs. However, personal trainer, Joe Pellettiere, is excellent. I have seen trainers stand with clip boards and just tell the person what to do. Mr. Pellettiere motivates the person being trained and is upbeat and enthusiastic. Free training session comes with membership. This Y.M.C.A. is good for families. Must ask for specific trainer.
