We would NEVER recommend these real estate agents. The relationship turned so sour that we instructed our attorney not to deal with them on anything other than their fee. We stopped taking their phone calls on 5/31/2013. What they did right? Sold our home receiving multiple offers and securing asking price for us. What they did wrong? Their actions convinced us that they were working for the buyers and themselves. We believe that after the contract was signed, they stopped working for us. For everything that was asked of us by the buyer or on the inspection report, their answer was to give in to the buyer. No negotiations. Just give in. The final straw was with the scheduled closing date. Bob called us 5 times in a matter of hours with the last one coming during our son's high school graduation dinner with many guests. Bob knew about the dinner in advance. He threatened us that the buyer would pull out of the contract if we didn't agree to close one day early. Why? Because they had miscalculated the length of their rate commitment which would run out one day early! Bob knew that the contract was not contingent on a rate, so we believe this to be a boldfaced lie. We asked Bob & Vicki to ask several things of the buyers including whether they wanted to use the contractors we had in place and whether they wanted some of our furniture. We are convinced that they never contacted the buyers as at the end of the process we had not received ANY answers. As we know, selling one's home is an emotional experience and it was very disappointing that they turned a situation that could have been enjoyable for all, into a volatile situation. If you use these two agents, be prepared to be bothered endlessly and, at the end of the process, question why you used them in the first place! Finally, we told them that the stagers were good, but rude.
