I was more than satisfied! John was very professional and he knows his business. I would use him again at home and and at work. The Mobile repair is excellent alternative for people who can't always be at home during the week.

John immediately worked us into his schedule, showed up on time, was professional and courteous. He quickly replaced the damaged screen and repaired the bent frame. Both look outstanding. He also replaced some missing brackets and pins at no extra charge. His phone estimate and the final cost was consistent. We would happily hire John again and highly recommend him without any hesitation.

John was very professional and pleasant, he responded to my email messages quickly and when I called him, he had an opening the same day and was able to fit me into his schedule at the last minute. John’s pricing was very reasonable, no nonsense, he provided quality work. He arrived to my home promptly, put the new screens in and re-installed the (3) windows in less than 30 minutes…..I was extremely happy with the finished work. It couldn't have gone better. TCS got answered my phone message promptly. They were accommodating about dates and times. They called the day before to verify/remind. Best of all, they showed up promptly and did excellent work. They gave me a per-window estimate in advance and stuck within in it, even though a couple of the frames were quite badly bent out of shape.

it went great. He showed up fixed the screen, used extra strength screen so my dog wont run through it again, and the dog hasnt! its now november and its still sturdy and strong. very happy with results

It went extremely well. John was extremely courteous right from the start. He arranged an appointment with me, followed up with a confirmation call and showed up right on time. His price was very reasonable and less expensive than another company I called. When he arrived, he explained exactly what he was going to do, gave me options as to the type of screen I wanted and let me decide with no pressure. I opted for the pet friendly screen at a higher cost, $30. which was exactly the same as what the other company was going to charge. He had both doors done within an hour. I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I sent him to my property management office to speak with them.

I could not have been more pleased.  So often, people come to my home and they are late, and always jack up the price.  John not only came to my home quickly, he was on time and very pleasant and professional.  He repaired the three doors quickly and gave me some advice on window replacement in the future.  He took the door frames outside where he set up a table for the repairs, thus not creating a mess in my home.  He did the work quickly and left  I have already handed his card out to three friends who need screen repairs.  If you need screen repair in Morris or Essex Country, give Tri County Screen a call.

John was punctual and was very pleasant to work with. The frame on my screen door was not in the best condition,  however, John was able to improvise while still providing top notch workmanship. Overall, John was great. He showed up ahead of schedule and kept me appraised of his arrival time throughout the morning. He was very quick and efficient when he was here, but gave great attention to detail. He even was upfront about a few screens that I had originally planned on replacing. Instead he told me I'd be better off going with a quick patch I could do myself and save the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend his services and am already planning on using John again to build a couple screens that are missing from the house.

John did a fantastic job fixing the screen in my sliding screen door. Providing me with a pet resistant screen that appears to be doing its job and looks great. He also was able to fix the corners and replace some very old screens I have in a large window, saving me alot of money, He was punctual in returning calls and extremely professional while doing the job. I highly recommend him!

John did a fantastic job, we could not be more pleased with the service, price and professionalism. The estimate we received over the phone was exactly the price we paid, no tricks or gimmicks. The screens are 15 years old and receive direct sunlight on the hottest part of the day year round, so they have become quite fragile. John even went above and beyond to repair weak corners and all the fasteners that had weaken and become brittle. anyone looking for this type of at home service we would highly recommend him.

I initially contacted John through email (via Angie's List) for several replacement screens for windows. He immediately set up an appointment to evaluate the job and provide estimates. He was very honest with recommendations for the project and even saved me some $ with his personal feedback. 
John is very much about the client's experience. He is very courteous and it was a pleasure working with him. Everything went perfect and I highly recommend him for any future Window/Screen related projects.

John answered my call immediately yesterday, scheduled a visit for 3 pm today, was prompt, thorough and very nice as well. He even replaced the blinds I had had to have removed before his visit. He did a great job with the screens. All in all a very pleasant experience. I recommend him highly.

Great service.  John came on a Saturday morning (super convenient not to have to leave work) and replaced 6 window screens with holes, as well as a screen door that was in terrible shape.  Took him less time to do all that work that it would take me to figure out how to get 1 screen out of 1 window (~ an hour).  Everything came out great.  Service was worth every penny.  John even downward adjusted the price when the windows turned out to be smaller than I described over he phone.  Highly recommended provider.

From the initial phone call to the day of appointment you couldn't ask for better service. I would not hesitate to use tri-county screen again.

Even though I had only a small job, it was in no way an impediment to receiving first class service. My screen was repaired on site and the job was perfect. I can highly recommend this vendor and would not hesitate to use again. I just wish he were a plumber or an electrician that would be heaven.
