Description of Work: I've called ServePro several times since last summer. They told me they couldn't give any estimates or give a time that they would perform the cleanup until I got an Industrial Hygienist. When I asked for an approximate date I could look to get my basement cleaned, the receptionist laughed and said that it would be a long wait, since they were still cleaning up after the Hurricane Irene. This was in January. Wanting to get the ball rolling, I selected one of the hygienists from their list, had the test performed at the tune of $900, and ServePro never returned my calls.
