Window Service
Mr. O'Donnell installed 2 windows in my Townhome---One window still had cold air coming into the room, I kept calling him and finally he returned my call and come to my home and said that the window had a defect and he would have to replace it. This was in October 2009 I kept calling him and he never came back. He is the most unprofessional and sloppist workman I ever had in my home.
