It went excellent, I would recommend them without reservation.

The guy was very professional, he came at the agreed time. I walked him through the house and explained that we had been trying to get rid of the ants with bait. He thoroughly inspected all the problem-sites and gave recommendations on where to put the bait and what else to do to get rid of the ants. According to him we were on the right track with the bait so he saw no reason to take action unless the problem got out of control. He did not try and sell us an expensive solution, even though he could easily have done so. Very decent and professional!

Jay's exterminating service came out at the scheduled time and looked around the house for the hornets nests and gave an immediate estimate and got right to work. I stayed inside while all of the work was going on but could see that the next fell to the ground and it was promptly cleaned up. After the nests were gone, several hornets came back to look for the nest that is no longer there and we tried to stay away. I was told that they would die off in 1-2 days and the queen was already dead, so the nest should be gone for good. In case it comes back, he would return and do it for no additional charge.

Service man came, did the work quickly and cleanly. Had previously come to check out what needed to be done and went right to it.

They are excellent. This guy Al, that works for them - I never have any trouble. As a matter of fact, last year they even found an infestation of ants in the front of the house. They took care of it and it was gone. But they are always so polite and they are punctual. He checks everything. He walks around the house - he is very thorough. And they prices are decent. They don't charge you for a quote. I get them back every year. This year, for some reason, that thing didn't come back again.

I've always used them for annual termite control, for insect spraying, etc. They are very good. I've been using them for over 20 years. They are always on time. Usually, they call before to notify you. They'll send you specials in the mail. I've had excellent experience with them. The price is comparable and the service is better than other companies.

I didn't have any issues when they have come. The customer service is very nice. With respect to the price, I think they are competitive, I don't know.

Based on my experience with two other firms in the area, I was very happy with Jay's.

I think that they are responsive. They come here and do what they need to get done. They make good suggestions.

The man came in and reviewed the situation in our kitchen. He used a product similar to clear silicone gel and squirted it along the wall seams and around the floor base and along the top and sides of outside door frame.

I have a service contract with them for the year. If there are any problems, they come out more as needed. They are very reliable. I spend about $400 a year. They are very responsive. When I call them when I have a problem, they get to me within 48 hours and do their job. I have been very pleased with the work they have done and their responsiveness. When it comes to their price, I haven't had experience with anybody else. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

THEY ARE GREAT BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. IT WAS GOOD SERVICE, GOOD QUALITY, AND I THINK THEY HAVE A REPUTATION OF BEING GOOD. THEY CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND GOT THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS. I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM ON A YEARLY BASIS. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEIR PRICE IS FAIR.
