Can't say enough about Donavan Graham and his crew, they did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional, courteous and very meticulous.

I called him and he returned my call and stopped by later in the day to give me an estimate.

I was very impressed with his professionalism and agreed the same day to have the job done. There was no contract signed we agreed by a handshake.

Donavan was responsive, courteous, timely; each day he followed up with me to let me know the plan for the next day. Work was completed on time. He and his crew cleaned up, moved furniture, and completed the job in a timely manner.

His price is very competitive and his work is first class. Very pleased with his work and I would definitely recommend!

The job was done in 2 visits: On the first visit, Donovan and his co-worker first visit sanded the floors and applied polyurethane. Fumes were a bit much, but dissipated after a few days. Donovan came out 3 days later to sand and apply the final coat. Very pleased with the results for the price.

They completed the job in two days. Overall it was a lot less expensive that replacing all the floors, and a better option than carpeting. Mr. Graham was very professional, very responsive and knowledgeable. He let us know what could be done, and what wouldn't work. Overall a good experience. I would call them again.

Overall it was a great experience. Mr. Graham returned my call for a quote in less than 24 hrs, and was able to swing by and give me a quote within one hour of our initial phone conversation. He was available to start the next day and his price was fair. For those of you who feel more comfortable with written quotes and documentation, you should know that our entire exchange was verbal and no paperwork was involved, but I was lucky as Mr. Graham is a very honest and hardworking individual. He came with two additional crew members who were very hardworking also, and even taped off the parts of my house with plastic sheets to prevent dust from collecting in rooms that weren't being worked on. The finished result is spectacular! We couldn't be happier with our newly refinished hard wood floors. All our friends who have seen our floors so far agree. I would highly recommend Graham Floor Service based on our personal experience.

They did an excellent job, and finished in one day. Floor looks great.

I caught Donovan Graham at a good time. He was able to start immediately. He helped me chose 3 inch wide premium grade red oak. The wood he purchased was flawless. He and his two guys came in the morning and worked all day. They came back the next day and finished installing. That evening, they put on the first coat of Polyurethane. He let it dry 3 days then came back for the last coat. I chose gloss over satin. Two days after the last coat I inspected the results. Great woodwork, good fit, but the finish had grit in it here and there. I am hyper critical because i used to refinish floors myself. My comment is that I don't think the floor was rendered totally dustless before the last coat. (I kept all windows shut and HVAC off). The next day I did some light sanding and put on a third coat myself. The floor is now beautiful. I am happy Donovan Graham got my business. He's a great guy to have in your home. I just wish he had spent a little more time preparing for the last coat of Poly...

The service was good they came and were punctual. He did not take any money until after the job was done. Several other companies wanted the money upfront. Graham added a dustless feature in as part of his price, where other companies had it as an add on. The floors look nice. There is a spot in the closet where the oil put down looks a little sloppy. I should have him come back and do that.

Overall, the work proceeded very well. Donovan Graham (owner) was responsible, prompt, professional, and friendly. Perhaps the only minor issue was with the plumbing (removal of the radiators on the 1st floor for floor removal) in which Graham hired a friend/plumber to perform the work. That not withstanding, Graham did an excellent job.

This business is all about customer service! I called one evening after business hours and left a message requesting an estimate. I fully expected a return call the next day and would have been pleased if it was before 9am. But I got a pleasant surprise with a callback in 20 minutes. But what impressed me was the owner offering to come over right away. Fifteen minutes later he was at the house measuring the floors. After comparing quotes, I scheduled Graham Floor the next day. He worked with my schedule and arrived promptly on both days. Both Graham and his associate were polite, professional and neat. They worked diligently and got the job done in a timely manor. We are extremely pleased with the end result. I highly recommend calling this local business before using the box stores services. The quotes were so close that you have to factor your time into the bottom line. Graham Floor was willing to work around my schedule unlike the store vendors forcing me schedule my time around their rigid time tables. I like these guys, they do good work!!!

Kitchen tiles were removed and glue was cleaned from existing wood floor beneath. Problem areas ( ie dark stains, poor quality floor boards) were pointed out as the work was being done. Options and costs involved were provided during the process. Floors were cleaned, stained, and 2 coats of polyurethane were applied.

Smooth, fast, and thorough on the whole job.

The work was done quickly, they cleaned up well, and most of all, the floors look beautiful. I'm glad we followed Angus' recommendations as to the stain color, as prior owner's pet accidents would have been visible if we hadn't toned certain rooms darker. The finish is a subtle satin sheen, and the color is an elegant midtone to dark chocolate. I was very pleased with the result. The house looks a thousand times better.

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS REALLY PRETTY GOOD. OF COURSE THERE WERE A FEW SPOTS THAT COULD HAVE USED A LITTLE MORE WORK, BUT THE FLOORS WERE ALREADY IN BAD CONDITION. EVERYTHING CAME OUT GOOD.
