Great. He fixed it right away. He also gave me some tips to keep it functioning properly. He was very personable and helpful.

David was very responsive when I called and stayed in contact until the date of service. He quickly diagnosed the issue and also identified another issue that had been present with the grill since it was purchased. He cleaned up after himself, described the repair and offered some tips on how to maintain the grill. David was professional throughout the job.

It went great. Apparently, the pieces which go on top of the burners were not installed correctly. He took apart everything, installed everything as it should & more importantly showed me how to properly maintain my grill in the future. He was efficient, cleaned up after himself & nice. I'd use him in future and recommend to anyone who needs their grill maintained. He also is a chef and runs a food truck!

After waiting 1 hour for the technician to arrive, we called the store and only received a answering machine ( at 10am on a Saturday). We called 2 more times and finally at 10:30 got the owner who seemed indifferent to our problem and the fact that his employee was 1.5 hours late. When he arrived at 10:45, he did service our grill. He did a good job but to be charged $101 for a 10 minute service call when you are 1.5 hours late (and no apology) seems wrong.

Most of this is covered above. We purchased our previous gas grill from Gilenson and they installed it into our gas line more than12 years ago. When Hurricane Sandy destroyed our old grill, we went to Gilenson's store to purchase a new grill. We were pleased with the choices we had and there was no pressure to spend more than we did. We wanted to remain with a Weber grill, and basically buy the updated model from 12 years ago. There are new features that we will make good use of, but we did not need to go way overboard in selecting the new grill. We purchased the grill and made an appointment to have it delivered and installed, and to have the old one removed. On the designated date the new grill arrived at 9AM, although the appointment was set for 2PM. Be sure to ask for a phone call to either confirm or change the delivery time. Despite the early delivery time, the new grill was delivered, set up and installed, and the old grill was taken away. We were instructed in how to use the grill, as well as tips for various times including inclement weather. He was very helpful and informative.
