The problem with getting a small engine tuned is getting it there.   This business would pick and deliver for a fee which was $50.
I had my brother help me get it into a van and we took it over.   When the owner found out we lived a couple of blocks from the store, they delivered it for free.  After the store dropped it off, we could not start it.   The driver came back and picked it up.  Turns out that you do not use the choke on a relatively warm day, and only do that on a cold day.   He returned snow blower.   This was a relatively small snow blower.  It worked fine for most of the winter which had  much snow.   
This price seemed reasonable to me, although I really had nothing to compare it to.  Location was important.
