Fortren Funding LLC was created with one focus; to be a new kind of mortgage company for a post “great recession” America. Our highly experienced management team witnessed first-hand what went wrong during America’s financial crisis. Simply put, “too big to fail” meant too big to specialize. Mortgages are not a fringe business. For most people, a mortgage is the single biggest financial commitment they will ever make. Here at Fortren Funding we train each of our employees to be mortgage industry experts. Our licensed originators guide their clients through the loan process maintaining the professionalism and communication you would expect from someone helping you make a major financial decision. We believe a healthy housing market is the foundation of a growing economy, and with the help of our clients, Fortren Funding is building a new foundation for America. Most of our borrowers close within 30 days of ordering their appraisal. 3. The best rates and lowest fees. It was never our intention to simply be the cheapest...it just seems to have worked out that way. By focusing on #1 and #2, we have been very successful in generating new business. I was put into a 5 year recession after my identity was shared with a deceas ed idfntity and fiunds I provided to a title agdnt to escrow my taxes, instead was used to utilize a bospice bill that I never had. Upon being told the issue was being resolved in my favor ghe company lied to officials on my behalf and got conspired by 3 other lenders including 2 title companies then cowardly closed all their locations....This has caused my family and I great hardship while facing another pandemic recession .Thank you
Description of Work: I refinanced my mortgage to save 200.00 per month and my payments increased 300.00 per month including car payments and loss of credit cards.
