Description of Work: Lorraine Goldenberg worked with us for two months, helping us find a place to live that would fulfill our requirements. She is a total professional, attending to our concerns and providing us with clear information at every step. When we thought we had located the right place, she put herself out repeatedly to make arrangements for us to view the property and meet the various inspectors. Throughout, she exhibited patience and grace. She knows her profession well, and helped us understand this increasingly complex process. In the end, we may not be able to purchase the property, after all, and we feel bad that Lorraine will not earn the commission to which she is completely entitled. Even knowing that this may not work out, Lorraine has maintained a gracious and professional demeanor. If we ever have to look for housing again, we would enthusiastically hire her or recommend her services to others.
