When we called Lorraine, she asked good questions to elicit guidance as to what we were looking for. We had very specific requirements, and only a tiny window of opportunity in which to find our next home; as a result, Lorraine worked hard and fast to find us properties to look at.  More than once, I  called her on a Saturday night to tell her that we would have time to meet the next day.  She accepted these calls without a word of protest, and made the arrangements for us to view the homes.
There is a huge amount of paperwork involved in buying a home now, and whenever I felt overwhelmed, she provided a listening ear, without ever violating professional boundaries.
