Todd and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up in time and removed the structure as well as mulch application, etc. Will not hesitate to use them again.

$600 for a spring cleanup and trimming hedges. Guy is easy to talk to and is a nice guy but then so are salespersons. Guy arrives with a college kid and does a spring cleanup. It is an okay job with leaves left around in certain parts and poorly pruned hedges but he seemed like a nice guy, so I let it go. He promised to take care of the taller hedges when he came back with his own ladder. I paid him and he left. An hour later an irate neighbor stopped by to inform me that the landscapers had dumped all the dirt, clippings, etc. onto their backyard, yes, spring garbage piled up six feet high in the far corner behind trees. So, I apologized to my neighbor and spoke to the landscaper guy who insisted that he thought that part of the property was mine. Besides, throwing spring/fall cleanup in the back is what he did in 90% of the cases! He said he would clean up the mess and dispose of the garbage but it would cost another $500. So, a spring cleanup with Big Heart landscaping gets me to be worse off than when I started - I have a pile of garbage in the neighbors yard that I have to spend money to cleanup and I am out $600 and I have an okay spring cleanup.

It has been nearly 2 years since we moved into our "new home" and one of the best choices we made was to hire Big Heart Landscaping to fulfill all of our landscaping needs. We wanted to give our new plantings the best possible chance to flourish and we couldn't be happier with the results. Todd Abrams attends to every detail and is usually two steps ahead of me so I don't have to give it any thought. Every e-mail is answered quickly, thoroughly, and with his characteristic good cheer. If only all contractors could be so easy to work with! Each employee of Big Heart Landscaping who has worked on our property has been professional and courteous and I always feel comfortable.
