My husband and I have been working with Bob for several months now while we search for a house. He's been really patient with us and has never put any pressure on us even though we've been searching for a long time. I can't say enough great things about him. He is knowledgable, has been great with taking us through the process, and is extremely responsive. He's also just a really nice man. I would definitely recommend him and his wife to my friends.

After retaining them as our agent, they were up and running with marketing and having an open house. We were surprised that were many potential buyers at the open house. Due to Bev being affable and focusing on the buyer's needs, she highlighted not only on the house, but the location of the house, with upside potential of the house, a few potential buyers came back for a second look. Within one day after the open house, we had an offer, and within three days after the open house, we had two more offers.

Throughout the sale processing, Bev counseled us and set priorities. If you need certain professionals to resolve the buyer's home inspection issues, she has contacts that she recommends; all high professionals.

Anyone seeking a real estate agent for selling or buying their house, I would not hesitate to recommend Bev. We are very lucky to have Bev as our real estate agent.
