Pulley broke on my garage door. I called on a Thursday. They came out, said a new part was needed and it would be in Monday. The following Wednesday, I called again. They said the part had not arrived, "maybe" next Monday. O.K. Following Tuesday, I called..voicemail..no response to my call. 4 phone calls and three weeks later...still no response....even though they were the original installers of my garage door!! Called another company and my door was fixed the very next day! Stay away from Artcraft!!

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY CLEAN AND PRECISE IN THEIR WORK. THEY MADE SURE TO DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY DESERVE TRIPLE A'S FOR THEIR WORK. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE.
