Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Instead of replacing the outdoor unit with the same mode, Apollo put a a different type from another equipment maker, which resulted in inadequate cooling of a townhouse. Not only Apollo forgot to check freon level during the installation, they failed to appear on a planned service call to re-stock it when the weather became hot. Since 2009, I 'm trying to get their tech to re-visit their lousy work and rectify problem, but Apollo's branch manager, Dave consistently fails to do anything positive in respect to the customer service. My advice, please stay away from this company
