Called in at 9:00 AM, tech arrived a half-hour later as promised. Job was done in less than an hour. Very good service and I would highly recommend.

It was good. They took care of the flush and then they checked the toilets and all the sinks and everything was good. They changed the flapper on a toilet but it didn't fix it. They came back later in the day and said that it was probably the gasket. The second guy that came out didn't really seem like he wanted to fix the gasket issue. Fortunately, I had the parts and ended up doing it myself.

Terrible. After keeping me waiting, without a functional toilet for 12 days, the office staff informed me that the repair part would
not be available for another 56 days. At this point I decided to order the part online and use a different plumber.

The company came highly recommended by a family member.
Jerry was great. Prompt and knew exactly what he was doing. Had good suggestions, was clean and didn't waste any time. The pricing is a little high because they charge in 15 min increments. But.. They were comparable-all plumbers are expensive and this man was good at his job.
I would definitely have them back and would refer them to others. Excellent and knows the business well.
Note: the customer service woman who scheduled my appt was very pleasant too!

Jerry from Allan Feid came out and replaced our water heater. Super nice guy, was very fast and clean. The price they estimated/quoted was exactly the price they charged. No games or gimmicks. You need work done, they do it well. They're not the cheapest, but if you want to work with professionals, these are the guys. Jerry came back out to cap a pipe that started leaking after the heater was put in. Not his fault at all, it was something that previous home owners should have done and the new water heater had higher pressure so problem revealed itself. he was very honest, punctual and fast, and the company gave me a break on this work and made it a and quot;continuationand quot; of the previous job which lowered the rate. They, and specifically Jerry, are my go-to plumbers going forward.

I then received a bill for $72 saying they spent 15 minutes tightening something. I was told that the first 15 minutes costs $68 before tax and then approx $35 for every 15 thereafter. They also have a late fee policy where they charge $35 late fee after first 30 days. I was very disappointed in the pricing of this non-job. I will not use them in the future.

"Customer called to make an appointment for a leak on their main valve on 03/16/2012. On the same day, our technician tightened the packing nut on the valve, which stopped the valve from leaking. At that time our technician determined that the valve did not need to be replaced at the time of service. We take offense to the statement saying that we “came the same day but spent 5 minutes and told me they wouldn't touch it”. Replacement of the valve was discussed. Procedure for replacement would entail the customer calling the town to turn off the water. Once the town appointment is made, we would then come back as close to the town appointment as possible and replace the valve. The town would then turn the water back on. This minimizes the amount of time the customer is left without running water in the home. This service call would be charged at our continuation rate. Note: Town Water Departments do not authorize plumbing companies to turn water on and off from the street. We feel the negative review is not warranted as we responded to a service call, fixed the leak and charged for that call in accordance with our pricing policy. I have used them for 35 years. They are good. I would not be afraid to recommend them to somebody I knew. He has done other jobs for us as well. He fixed a shower, and even though it needed an old part, he was able to find a part in his truck that would work. I wouldn't recommend them unless they were very good. I think his price was extremely fair. They show up and do the work, with no monkey business. They come when they say they will, and they clean up nicely. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

It was a very positive transaction - was responsive in coming soon after being called, did the work right away and the quality was perfect and at a reasonable price. He fit me in when there was a lot going on due to storm damage in our area, which was very much appreciated!

Old water heater broke. Called and left a message on Sunday and said they could call me back Monday for a service date. They called back Monday and were out there immediately that day. Replaced old water heater and removed and discarded old one. Also, had them replace a bathtub faucet which was full of minerals from hard water. Shower plunger no longer worked. Excellent work. Pleasant plumber. Turned out to be the son of the owner. Would definitely use them again.It went very well. They were prompt, service was of great quality and everything was done quickly.

they are very responsive and pleasant on the phone. they arrive on time or call to say they are delayed or are on their way. their work is competent and they clean up well. the servicemen are very nice and helpful.

Appointment easy to make, plumber arrived early next morning and was well skilled on the task which he performed well and was very courteous and efficient. Kept workspace neat and cleaned up afterwards - did a good job! I was a bit surprised by the bill being a little bit on the high side and as their bill showed, they charge in 15 minute increments with the first 15 minutes being a premium. Overall the job had about $21 in parts and $150 in labor which took about 45 minutes to be performed. However, his cost was half of what a competing quote was from another company with an outrageous amount quoted for the parts - so all in all - the price was reasonable and they did a very good job.
