I called Patner Power Wash to get an estimate. George Patterson called back within a reasonable period of time. He knew my development and said he would stop by and look at my townhouse. He would leave an estimate in the door. The estimate was very reasonable and when I called to schedule, I discussed a few concerns (plants, age of siding) which George answered easily. He scheduled the time to do the power washing and said that if I wasn't home, he would leave the bill in the door.
It was so convenient to not have to be present for the estimate or the actual power washing although I was here when he performed the service. George was thorough and the house looks great! He moved whatever was necessary to gain access to the house (planters, glider). George cleaned the siding, eaves, window frames and garage door. The service took about an hour.
I asked George about how often I might need to use the service to keep the house looking good. He recommended every other year. He works by himself and was able to schedule the service to my convenience. Especially since I didn't need to be home.
Great job! Great contractor and I will definitely use George again for any future power washing needs. While I didn't need it at the time, George offers a service to clean items such as metals, collectibles, jewelry etc. I will keep that in mind should I need special cleaning.
