Went days over, never there when said he would be. Quality of work was bad, when I asked if his “guys” could come and correct/complete the grout, he told me he had fired them because they did such a bad job. Must have used below standard support under floor since major cracks started appearing in the center of the tiles as soon as they finished. After six months, I now have at least six areas of cracked lines throughout the entire area. The entire floor was so unlevel it actually caused tripping and is difficult to clean. After first assuring me he would come and make corrections he stopped responding to me. I did speak with the people that had recommended him and they have seen him since so he just refused to answer my calls and texts. He also painted one room (said no change) couldn’t even bother to fill holes from removed window treatments. Had to be redone.
