Ron Galdi of Galdi Plumbing and Heating came to my house 4 times to initiate and complete the above work. He was always punctual and showed up exactly when he said he would, but it was difficult getting him to commit to dates and times to begin with. I often got the impression that my work orders were small for this company, and therefore I was a low-priority customer. Once present, however, Ron was unfailingly professional and focused. I was impressed at his correct diagnosis of a relatively unusual problem that affects houses of a certain age in my region. One year after Ron's visit, his solution continues to be the right one, and the faucet he installed continues to work smoothly and be leak-free. I also like that Ron conducts his business interactions in an honest and straightforward manner. He gave me fair prices on the materials used (unlike some other plumbers I have consulted in the past), and charges by the hour so that there is no mystery as to why a certain job costs what it does (unlike some other plumbers I have consulted in the past). It is also nice that Ron seems to enjoy explaining how the plumbing works as he is working on it.
