In early June 2017 my ford pickup wouldn't start. I called ford roadside assistance they sent out a&d towing. The driver arrived and put my truck on a flat bed. He was to take it to my ford dealer. About half hour later I got a call from the driver he went under a low underpass and crushed the roof of my truck. He had no remorse. He was abusive and arrogant I couldn't believe his attitude it was pathetic. I was in s state of shock. The manager asked me to send pictures of the damage. When I called him back he had the nerve to say it was nothing. This is my business vehicle I have lost customers and it has destroyed me both financially and personally. I'm still without my truck. Also my truck is significantly devalued now. Arrogance,incompetence and unprofessional.
