Cost of service was $350 and at the end of the day the issue was still unresolved, no heat, nest thermostats would not cut on when they were working originally before the service and we were advised we needed a new board for our Intake even though everything was brand new. The gentleman was professional and pleasant but not sure If he knew what he was doing - expensive fix.

The job was done well, however I have been waiting over a month for promised paperwork, namely a paid receipt and a written copy of the verbal guarantee I received before the job was begun. Neither has been forthcoming. If you require these as I did, do not hire Top Tech.

Great experience! Calton is very considerate and easy to communicate. He understood what we want to do and tried the best to fit into our needs. The proposal is very detailed and easy to compare to other company. We need to replace two central AC and Calton and his crews worked from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm to get all done by sane day. We are so happy with his company and would like to recommend to all my friends.
