I’ve used them on an annual basis since 2008. I like their responsiveness; they have a very friendly staff and are extremely thorough. They keep their appointments and they return your phone calls. They put in a new system for us and connected us to a central monitoring system. They check on our system every year and I pay them via check or electronic payment from my bank. Our new system cost us about $15000. I would absolutely use this company again.
