"Thank you sir. Appreciate it."
"Hello Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I will try to refresh your memory and explain why i did not finish the job in the first place. By not telling the whole truth we ended up with your F rating that you have left for me. This will not only hurt my business, but it will hurt me, and my family. It will also hurt my company but less than what you did in first place which could have put me in jail and close my business. Long story short is: you have hired me, I had signed and sealed your permit application. True, I came to your new house and told you what needs to be done. I called you couple of times and you told me that you had some problems and needed more time to get your house ready for me. Finally after couple off months, I was told that the house is ready and I showed up. That was BIG surprise for me. The house was wired already by someone who is NOT a real electrician judging by the way he stapled wires and got them in to the boxes. At that point I have realized what was happening and I have called you right away. I told you that I can't do this anymore because work has been done under my permit by someone else who is untrained and for sure not in electrical trade. Also I have told you that this is not the way I do my business because it is illegal, and would put myself and my business in jeopardy. That was our last conversation before I called the town and sent written documents to pull my permit out. I am sorry and I apologize for inconvenience that I caused to you, but to me that was the only safe solution. In this position and at this point some people will judge me for your respond and feedback. For me the truth and honesty is the only way of doing business, and I will stick to it and keep doing my business that way. I hope that you can understand my position and my decisions. Best regards."
Rade (the electrician) was outstanding.
Very detailed, clean and took time to explain my how's and why's. Fast, efficient and well organized. I have never seen rough wiring so organized. I have seen construction sites in past and have seen the work of other electricians but his work was immaculate both rough wiring as well as the finishing product.
On my previous renovation I would have issues with switch plates not being flush with the wall, being crooked, flickering lights etc which really bothered me. I could not find any complaints after he was done (still looking for some).
I would highly recommend NJ Electric to all my friends and family.
When he came ,introduced himself,he handed business card,we went over the scope of work,I thought I had to change(upgrade) the service in my house thanks to him I saved at least $1,000,he suggested subpanel which is much less work and it does the trick...
We agreed on the price, then it was coincidence that one of his customers cancel the appt.so he told me he can do the rough work now and come back following day to complete the work, since he didn't have all the materials, which we agreed on and he proceeded with work. The installation was very clean any dust or debris he would clean up as he was working,
Following day he came with all the materials he needed and completed the work,he ask me to do the walk thru to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, after I gave him my blessing he handed me invoice and made sure he got his well deserved check,I would hire him anytime again, total professionalism ,highly recommended....
