Scammers…ordered glass shower hardware (clamp) and need to return; packing slip has CL Laurence letterhead, phone etc…but these crooks are apparently “resellers.” No answer, no return calls from msg’s left; notice the NJ dept of Consumer Affairs has been chasing them for previous issues. CR Laurence hands tied, unable to offer assistance

Back in 2019 they installed 3 new doors including storm door. The handle keeps falling off every 3-4 days despite the fact I tighten the screw again. Been to Home Depot and other stores to try wither buy new screw or new handle. The door is made by Larson and most stores do not seem to carry door handles for this brand. Tried to reach out to King Remodeling with zero success. Called no less than 5 times and left two messages. O call back. Tried reaching out to Larson and was as unsuccessful. Not happy…

The project took longer then they said but it wasn't a big interruption. They were knowledgeable and super nice. We would definitely use them again.

hmmm. I hired them because I really liked the salesman and the price was slightly less than others. I was told it would take about 6 weeks to get it done and expected to have it all done by Thanksgiving since we signed the contract in August. Well, today is December 12th and they just installed the final door. I also just spent the last 20 minutes cleaning up after them. They had a broom but no wet dry vac or cloths to clean up the calking that was accidentally dropped on the doormat and floor. I had to take 4 days off work to get the job done. I am glad now that everything is in place but wish it had gone smoother. I was supposed to get a beveled glass front storm door and was informed (months later) that the size I needed did not come with beveled glass, so they kindly took.....$60 off the cost. Somehow, I feel that if I had not ordered beveled glass and then asked to upgrade to beveled glass that to might have cost me more than just $60. At any rate. Job is finally over and done with, the house is clean, and the end result is definitely acceptable.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience working with King Remodeling to replace all our windows. Everyone we came in contact with during the process was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, quality products, workmanship, a pleasure to work with, and competitive pricing. Since our window installment we are using them again to replace our front door and storm door which is underway. We highly recommend King Remodeling!

The time from start to finish was about one week. The workers were very respectful. And the outcome is beautiful.

I was impressed with the installation and the description of the quality of their doors. Their customer service is friendly but there was some confusion with scheduling appts and follow-thru. Once I complained the owner of the company made a personal visit which I appreciated.

WOW! From my first contact with Debbie to schedule an estimate, to the job being completed,every interaction with King Remodeling exceeded my expectations. We live in a very old home (110 years+) and are no strangers to work being done, so we are thrilled that Angie's List helped us find this amazing company. It went well. Henry came and installed my 4 Windows and did so professionally and timely. Very nice guy. The price was right and the Windows look great. No corners cut. I am pretty OCD and even with my high standards, I can say they did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Pete from King Remodeling initially came out and was very friendly. He reviewed our options and was not a pushy window salesman at all (we ran into several during our new window project). No heat lamps, no endless pitch, just an honest guy with a wide array of knowledge regarding windows. We didn't feel pressured to purchase that day and he gave us plenty of space over the course of the following week to discuss amongst ourselves. Debbie from the head office was also very pleasant to deal with and called to check in and provide updates on our windows after we had committed to our quote.
King Remodeling was an easy choice from a price perspective and a quality/reputation perspective. When the windows came in, a two-man installation crew came to our house and were quick and on time. The windows fit perfectly and they even replaced rotten sills that had deteriorated over the years prior to wrapping and caulking everything.
In less than a day, we had 6 new double hung windows and three new big sliding windows that keep the cold air and road noise out. I would definitely recommend King Remodeling and we will certainly be using them again when the time for more updates comes. Thanks again, King Remodeling!

I dealt with Alex who was always quick to respond and helpful with all answers.King removed several layers of old shingles and replaced the whole roof. The project was done as quickly as possible considering it was in the middle of a heat wave and 98 degrees each day. The workers were professional, fast and cleaned up everything including nails quickly. I would definitely recommend and use again. I got several quotes and King was the lowest and worked through all different options and I never felt like they were upselling me on anything.

This company provided great service.  They came to our home soon after we called for a quote.  Alex, the main guy, gave us a great quote and gave sound suggestions that met our need.  Their workers are very professional, fast, and they do great work.  Some of the guys have been doing windows for over 30 years! 
We highly recommend using this company and won't hesitate to call them in the future.

King provided excellent service.  We chose them over 3 other companies that gave us estimates.   We got the estimate at the end of last year, but due to the terrible winter weather, job was not completed until April.  That was ok, as none of the work was urgent.  They responded to phone calls and came when they said they would.  This is a big plus for me, as I hate when businesses don't call back or don't show up on time.  We felt the price was competitive for what we wanted and the salesman Marc was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about different types of doors and what would work best on our home.  Everything was carefully measured prior to the order being sent to the factory. Our awning was installed first, excellent job.  The doors came a few weeks later.  The entry door was a little different than the one we ordered - it had a peephole in it which we did not want.  They admitted the mistake, installed the door anyway as our old door was already off.  A couple of weeks later, they made it right by installing the exact door we wanted without the peephole as soon as it was ready.  Despite that small mistake, they were very professional and accommodating.  The workmen were very neat and did the work quickly and professionally. They did not consider the job done until we were satisfied.  We would highly recommend King and we would use them again if we needed work done.

The entire process was efficient, smooth, and easy. Brian, the rep from King came to our home and provided us with a free estimate. We went over the various different options and choices we had as well as Brian explaining the differences and details on products that would best suit our needs. 
He had given a window of 2 weeks possibly before the roof could be replaced but also promised that if for any reason they could get it done sooner, he would make us a priority. Sure enough, he had called to say that a job they were working on finished earlier than expected and wanted to know if it would be okay to replace the roof in a few days. 
I showed up and the team was hard at work getting rid of all the worn out and damaged wood from years of improper ventilation which Brian discussed and taught my wife and I about. They also did me a huge favor and got rid of the top portion of the chimney that had been there which was also on it' last legs. Because we were getting a ridge vent and had central air/heat, we did not require the use of a chimney. They had already had the dumpster set up on the driveway and in one day, our brand new roof was completed. 
If there was anything at all that I wish would have been different, it was that since we were getting a brand new roof, it's kind of hard to clean the attic from the outside as you're replacing the old roof. When my wife and I went to put holiday decorations in the attic, pieces of the debris from the job came down but again, it's very difficult to prevent that. Other than that, the only other minor thing was that the dumpster left some markings on the driveway from the wheels underneath. Minor. Nothing that became an issue of any kind. Besides those two tiny things, the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up all around the outside of the house in getting rid of any mess that was made. I also received a follow up phone call thanking me for my business and if we ever needed anything to please call as they would be more than happy to further assist any needs my wife and I may have. 
I also would like to recognize Doreen who works in the offices of King. She was not only very friendly and professional, but also took the time to ask questions in order to better understand our needs, listen, and was prompt in getting us our paperwork emailed to us as well as her follow up also. Her personality resonates with you and makes you feel very comfortable when having to deal with such huge projects for your home which can be overwhelming at times. 
My wife and I boldly and highly recommend King Remodeling for all of your outdoor home needs such as roofs, windows, siding, etc. Our experience was top notch, pleasant, thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly and we are very happy and proud to show everyone our new roof when they've come to our house. I have used king remodeling in Bellville Nj three times and all three times they met and exceeded my expectations. The first time I used them they installed a front door and storm door for me approximately ten years ago at my previous home. The install was completed by very knowledgeable installers, who were very detailed in their work. The door was quality and the hardware on the door made the entrance look really nice. In September of 2014 after moving into my new home I went back to king remodeling for a front door and storm door. I ordered another door from sales rep Alex Brody who gave me a good deal and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I told him what we wanted and he came through. He was very courteous and was a straight shooter. The installation was completed a few weeks later by Henry one of kings installers. He was very detailed in his workmanship and top notch. After the door was installed I had several neighbors tell me how nice the door looked. I was so happy with king remodeling that I went back in April 2015 and ordered another door for the rear entrance of the house. I ordered another door from one of the sales reps in the showroom. He was professional, courteous and friendly. After explaining to him what I wanted he didn't fail us. I ordered another door which is as installed by Henry again in May 2015. He once again did a great job.

In my experience in dealing with king remodeling it has been nothing but positive. The Quality of the materials that they use is top of the line and the work and material are guaranteed. The guys at Kings remodeling in Bellville NJ are quality people and true pros who care about their customers. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I give king remodeling A++.
