"These statements have all been answered in the response to the review below. This man obviously has an issue aside from our firm. He used many horrible obscenities the one time spoken to, to a female by the way, not very becoming. This is absurd. We simply do not do business in any fashion as described by this person. We appreciate everyone who understands. Those who know us, know us to be better than this. Thank You"

"As "(removed member name)" states he was explained his options after our evaluation and CHOSE to hire our firm. Nobody had forced him/her/them to hire us. Leaks come from all over any given roof and water travels from places many would or could never imagine. None of these comments make any sense regarding our business practice in ANY way whatsoever. We did work at a discounted rate for them considering his it was his mother's home (where he lives with her) and they were well taken care of. This client is misinformed as to how long it took us and what it took us to do the project. (Said complainant WAS NOT HOME WHEN THE WORK WAS PERFORMED SO HIS STATEMENTS ARE BOTH UNTRUE AND INACCURATE AND HE HAD NO FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE WHEN WORK WAS PERFORMED) (FALSIFYING HIS STATEMENTS) If he wanted to go purchase materials and do the repairs necessary using his expertise himself(as he states), he could have done so, however I would never recommend this TO ANYONE as I know people who have attempted to do so themselves and both... A. hurt themsleves, and B. the worst case scenario (we all know what that is). We can not stress enough how unhappy we are that this client feels this way as we never have ill intentions in anything we do, everything is always done with our clients best interests in mind. He/his mother CHOSE to hire my firm to perform the work. Unfortunately as most reasonable people could understand some people simply can not be pleased. From my memory he cancelled a check and then re-issued it to us while apologizing for his mothers misunderstanding of the situation and for her calling the police under false pretenses. It seems as though they may have planned this and quite possibly done this before. Once again I am very unhappy I have this client who feels this way as 99.99% of all of my clients love everything I have ever done for them. We have been in business for decades and this response is due to a strong categorically incorrect impression of our firm. We are ALWAYS here for our clients (as they know), including those who have given us a categorically incorrect review such as this one."

"Client has a few issues they mentions in her review. We gave them a deep discount, they chose to hire our firm. (INSTEAD OF CLIENTS FATHERS VERY GOOD FRIEND) NOBODY FORCED THEM TO HIRE OUR FIRM. 1. they were told they should install some wood decking when the roof was torn off, an option which they chose not to do which lead to the 2 ft of cap shingles which blew off. (DUE TO THE WOOD I RECOMMENDED REPLACING NOT BEING REPLACED) IT WAS FIXED THE NEXT DAY AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AGAIN. (as they state in review) 2. NOBODY DROPS ANY NAMES AS THIS CLIENT HAS STATED, WHY WOULD I TELL SOMEBODY WHO I AM PROPOSING TO WORK FOR WHAT I HAVE OR WHO I KNOW? I WOULD NOT, it would never benefit me, IT IS NON-SENSIBLE). I UNEQUIVOCALLY DENY ALL OF THIS. 3. WHAT IS WRONG WITH TELLING A POTENTIAL CLIENT OF WORK YOU HAVE DONE ON OTHER HOMES WHEN ASKED BY THAT POTENTIAL CLIENT?... as commenter states... WE TOLD THEM OF OTHER "NICE" HOMES WE'VE WORKED ON AS THEY HAD ASKED. 4. NO HARD SALE, NEVER A HARD SALE, WE WERE RECOMMENDED HIGHLY TO THEM AND DID OTHER ROOFS/WORKS FOR NEIGHBORS PRIOR TO AND FOLLOWING THIS REVIEWERS PROJECT ALL OF WHOM WERE MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THEIR PROJECTS AND IN FACT WROTE ME LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION AS DO THE PREDOMINANT MAJORITY OF MY CLIENTS. I AM NOT SURE IF THIS COMMENT WAS WRITTEN PRIOR TO OR AFTER THE WOMAN WAS HUGGING US AS WE WERE LEAVING. WE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB FOR THEM. We are still ALWAYS HERE FOR THEM."
