The work was done on schedule less than a week after the estimate. (Quick service because we were expecting a visit from grandchildren who would play near the tree.) It was completed using a bucket truck in less than an hour. There was no damage to the property and the cleanup was thorough.

They did a beautiful job. They were very professional and punctual during the entire process. They arrived for the quote on time, they arrived to do the job on time. I would definitely hire again and have already recommended them to friends.

It went well. After calling them, they responded quickly, efficiently and very friendly. I made an appointment for them to look at the tree to assess and received a quote fairly quickly. I called to ask a couple of questions and got quick answers, so I scheduled them. The tree was cut back as much as possible. I am very happy with it. I did try to contact them via Angie's List and email first, but I attained no response. However, a friend of mine recommended them as well, so I called and it was nothing but a good experience. I have no hesitation is recommending Dujets.

Dujets came exactly when they said they would both to give the estimate and to take down the tree. They were careful of not only our propertly but also of our neighbors. It was amazing how they worked together to get down the tree. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The whole process took about 2 and a half hours. We were extremely satisfied with the service. Even when you call the office the people are pleasant.

. Mr. Dujets arrived at my house prompltly. Listened to what I needed to be done. He then informed me of the procedures of the work and gave me a price. I must say, though the prices might be a little steep, it was still cheaper than a couple of other companies I reached out to. His secretary was extremely friendly and out going. We kept in touch regarding our appt. Though the work was done while I was at work, I came home to a safer environment t and you couldnt tell that work was done. Dujets cleaned up all the debris and fallen branches. Great job I must say. I will definetly use them again in the future.

I was very impressed with Greg Dujets (the owner) when he came to give me an evaluation of my tree and an estimate for the project. I could tell he really was confident in his tree knowledge and he impressed me and earned my trust by telling me that some and quot;extraand quot; work that had been strongly suggested to me by another provider really wasn't necessary and that I could save money by skipping it. And the quote he gave me was the best by far. I asked him if he'd be on-site to supervise the project and he said no, but I knew that was common practice, especially for an and quot;easyand quot; job like mine. He assured me his team were reliable and good at their jobs. I specifically asked whether they spoke English (I don't speak Spanish) and he told me that at the very least his foreman would speak English. That's where they lose a point off my rating. The foreman did speak English...technically. But not well enough to understand what I meant by and quot;trim back just a little bit here.and quot; He didn't ask for clarification, like and quot;how many feet?and quot; He just set to work. His Spanish-speaking crew had to help translate, after I was clearly upset when a much larger portion was cut down. It took a while to get him to stop. I lost a whole limb in one case instead of about 1.5 feet off the end. Also, the equipment being used was not able to maneuver all the way around the tree, and when I pointed out a branch on the opposite side to where they were working I got a bit of pushback that I didn't appreciate. I insisted and they were able to access it eventually. Small complaints. Overall, I am a happy customer: the tree looks great, they cleaned up the site very well afterward, and I would hire them again and recommend them.

We have used this company on several occasions all with good results. We will be using them again this month for the removal of a declining large maple tree in front of the house and substantial tree trimming around our property. ($2,500). The work and advice we receive from this tree service company is that of a true arborist firm.

I was unable to supervise, but the good job and are reasonably priced.

I called for an estimate. They came and explained what had to be cut. Also explained for the health of the tree (100 years old) they would do the fertilizer injections and a deep root feed. They gave me the price. I hired them they did the work with out any problems. I would use them again in a heartbeat...

They are very good although a bit expensive. They checked out all the trees; I have seven huge oaks around the property. They have many things to do but that would be much too expensive for me. Being an arborist I know they are good, but I had them only once, since I couldn't do all of what they needed to do. If I have a very sick tree I would use their services again.

Some problems with returning calls.

They did a good job. They are arborists and they are very good. We use them whenever we have a specific tree problem. My wife and I have been using them for at least three to five years. They have done a very job in trying to keep a tree in our front yard alive. Leonard Dujets and his son Gregory run the company. Gregory has a degree as an arborist. I have recommended them to my neighbors. They know what they are talking about with trees. They don't come and cut down a tree just to make money. They will try to tell you if the tree can be saved, how it can be saved and what they would recommend. We felt that was very important. They are not the cheapest around but they are the best and the most professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them because they know what they are talking about with respect to trees. They are tree people. I like them.

The office manager Debbie was courteous and helpful every time I spoke with her.

The owner Greg Dujets was friendly and very professional.

Greg came out to the house for an estimate and we walked around the yard together.

He assessed the damage to the trees and he made his recommendations about the work he thought needed to be done.

He pointed out a number of things that I had overlooked.

He patiently and satisfactorily answered all of my questions, alleviating several concerns I had.

After we toured the yard together, Greg took a second walk around the yard, by himself, making notes.

He then took his time and prepared a thorough estimate.

He priced the job two ways for me: One price if I allowed them to use a truck and bucket, and another price for climbing all of the trees (I was concerned about a heavy truck damaging my lawn).

Greg said that they prefer that the homeowner be at the house on the day the work is being done because there is interaction required between the foreman and the homeowner. This was actually something that was very important to me.

Greg really inspired confidence. I knew as soon as he left that I was going to hire his company.

On the day the work was scheduled to be done, the crew showed up at the appointed time.

Greg Dujets was on-site to review the job with the foreman (this gave me a warm fuzzy feeling).

I was very pleased with the work.

Andres, the person actually up in the trees doing the pruning knew exactly what needed to be done.

He was very thorough. I only had to bring one thing to his attention. And, when I did, he did it gladly (he didn’t make a face or roll his eyes at me).

Note: Although Andres did have to climb several of the trees, he did so without spikes, thereby avoiding further damage to the trees.

The crew did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done.

The bottom line is this: Dujets Tree Experts did what they said they were going to do and their price was competitive.

I would definitely use them again, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

They charged us $1200. It was a competitive price. They were very good. They did what they said they would do. They were very professional. They were prompt. They were on time and finished on time. If we need to, we will probably use them again in the future.

Estimator was prompt, thorough, and knowledgable. Trimming crew was on time and removed all waste. They also climbed the large tree with ropes instead of spikes, preventing damage.

A representative came promptly and gave us an estimate with Angie's List discount applied. The crew came the next day and took care of removing it. Everything went smoothly.

They had cut a tree and cut several branches in the property, about 2 weeks ago. They were punctual and did an excellent job. They were competitively priced and did a quality job. They cleaned the place well after the job, too. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They are prompt and reasonably priced. They are very responsive. They show up, when they say they are going to show up. Their work is very clean.

They provided a good service. The only issue that I had was that they claimed it was going to be a all hardwood but there were pines included. That was my only complaint. They were pleasant and they delivered it when they were supposed to. My driveway is very narrow so they left the wood in the driveway but brought it up as far as they could.

I contacted Dujets Tree Experts Inc. on a Wednesday morning and described the scope of the work. When I got home from work that same day there was an estimate in my mailbox. The job was 20% and 30% less than the other estimates that I had previously been quoted. I called them the following week and the work was scheduled for the following week. The work was completed by the time I came home. Nice work all around the area was left in good order. I would definitely recommend this company.
