This gentleman gave me an estimate to do copalum wiring in my house. I paid $200 for the estimate and was told the $200 would be deducted from the cost of the job. I was unable to find an insurance company who insure my home with the copalum wiring. A total rewire is necessary. I asked this electrician if he would do the rewire.....his response was, no, it would be better for me to find someone local to do the rewire. I feel that my deposit should be returned since this company was unwilling to do the rewire work......or even split the deposit and return half of the deposit.....just something to show good customer relations. I know I am expecting a lot......in my business, I would have returned the deposit.....good customer relations and word of mouth Is great advertisement. Karen A. Hedden

I found Dak while looking for Copalum Crimping work. My house has aluminum wiring instead f copper and I didnt want the risk of it starting a fire. I called them to schedule an appointment and it took them 3 days to start the job - very quick on short notice. The owners name is ken and he's an honest, friendly, clean professional. He gave us on detailed estimate while walking us through step by step how he would estimate the job. The electric work was great - they put receptacles where we had none (but wanted) and made sure all sconces were properly installed, he even worked with a certified inspector to get us written official approval that our wiring met the township standards They also hung my flat panel tvs at a very affordable price ($600 for 2, parts excluded). That price included properly wiring power outlets behind each tv so that wires don't need to show on the outside of the wall ( something that some installer will charge extra for). Ken and his son did the job quickly and responsibly - they even called us when a local Gardner offered to mow our lawn (we just bought the bouse and the previous owners hadn't cut the lawn for months). Ken paid for the gardening job and added it to our total bill; everything with Dak was so easy and a wonderful experience My wife and I need to install a few chandelier and we will definitely be calling Dak for the job
