The men were very professional and very courteous to us the entire time. We only had one problem and that was that although the heating aspect of what they designed and put in for us worked perfectly, the cooling part isn t cutting the butter. We have since asked them to return and they have done so very fast, but all they could do was make the one unit we have work harder, which still doesn t seem to be working out. The price for the service was included in the builders fee so I cannot put it down here.
