We own a two family home and live on the first floor and rent the second floor to a tenant. The kitchen sink upstairs became clogged and water was coming out of a vent in the wall all the way down to my basement. Nick came to assess what was happening with the plumbing. He ran the water upstairs and attempted to unclog the pipe. All this did was flood an area of my basement and yes he was aware of the water going through the wall to the basement. In the end he could not unclog the pipe because he could not get to the pipe properly as it ran under the kitchen counter. He charged us $150 and left a huge mess in the basement. My husband cut open the wall to expose the piping and as it turned out the pipe was damaged beyond repair. We then called Nick back again to change the pipe and unclog the pipe. He did change a small section of the pipe and managed to unclog the drain but he also broke the tiles on the bathroom wall when removing the pipe. He left the kitchen a mess and the bathroom in disrepair. I paid him without checking his work or checking in with my husband about how much he was charging us as I had thought they discussed this already. I strongly feel that I was taken advantage of. To make it all the worse the job that was discussed between him and my husband was not completed in the manner in which it was negotiated. Now we have to find and hire another plumber to redo the job as well as a tile person to fix the damage to the bathroom. I would give 0 stars if I could. Nick was here for 3 hours to change 1ft of pipe in a wall I opened and exposed for him to make the job easier. He put a clean out valve behind my kitchen cabinet so when I patch the wall I will no longer have access to the clean out valve. Everything he did needs to be redone. A waste of $300.

Had an landscape drain that was clogged. Nick worked diligently to clear it (it wasn't a straight forward type job) and did a professional and successful job.

Nick was great and came back after we couldn't clear the clog on the first attempt. We had him use the camera which showed exactly what was going on in the pipe. He was able to clear the line immediately. I will use this company in the future because Nick is very knowledgeable on how to prevent a major problem.

Drain clog or blockage. Service was excellent. Nick was on time, is quite personable, and did great work. He seems very good at his job. My need was a very clogged kitchen sink which I was unable to clear myself with extensive plunger work as well as an entire large bottle of the best drain cleaner. The shortfall came in the price, which admittedly he had given me over the phone. It was to be no more than $150 given no other major problems. He was in and out of my house in 25 minutes, and that was without any hurrying. I later learned that I could of had it done elsewhere for 1/2 that, but since it was the kitchen sink and he was readily available I paid the heft. I believe he is much better suited for larger jobs, since his minimum for a small job is just too maximum on the wallet. My feeling was that he should have used better business judgment since it was such an easy clog for him to perform. He could have charged $30 - $50 less, (that is still over a $200 / hour rate given 25 mins. of work), and he would remain my 1st line of contact for future plumbing needs. Since I feel a bit "gouged" I will not call him in the future.
