When I called Cobra, they scheduled an appointment for the next day. They called before the appointment with an estimated arrival time. The service was quick- and they left the work area clean. Nick was pleasant to deal with and very efficient. He explained what he did to unclog the drain and gave me suggestions to help manage in the future. Would definitely use them again.

Great phone response and communication from Lisa. Nick, the owner, arrived promptly, did proper preparation to the area, cleared the drain, and promptly cleaned up the area, etc. Nick also looked at a few other faucets for me and gave me advice how to fix them myself to save money. I highly recommend hiring Nick.

I received a quick reply to my message on the companies phone number. I was able to make an appointment for the same day! Nick was ontime, had suggestions on how to fix the issues and was very friendly, quick and resolved the problems. This was not the first time we used Cobra Plumbing. They also replaced a water heater a few years ago. Very satisfied with service.
