Aquatron provides prompt, professional, and concerned service, and has treated me as though I was their only priority. I first contacted Bob in July 2019, while I was closing on my house. In October 2020, I reached out again. I finally pulled the trigger in July 2021, asking for a whole-house water softener and carbon filtration system. Despite false starts, I never felt pressured, and I always heard back within a few hours. Installation happened just two days after the deposit. The ongoing semiconductor shortage will lead to upward price pressure on water softeners and decrease their supply. Bob provided me with a free grain capacity upgrade since the unit best sized for my house and family size was unavailable. Moreover, Aquatron honored its Oct 2020 quote (we never quoted in Jul 2019), saving me at least $200. When my test strips after the installation showed hard water coming from my kitchen faucet, Bob bolted over on the same day to do his own tests. He noticed that my kitchen faucet was drawing an ever-so-slight amount of hot water, which would be hard because it was in my water heater before the installation. Sure enough, a few days later, my hot (and cold) waterâ s hardness is undetectable. As a PhD chemist, I found Bobâ s explanations of reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and carbon filtration to be accurate and informative. Now that I have the water softener, I can linger in the shower without worrying about my skin drying and use my espresso machine without managing deliveries of water bottles. It is also prolonging the life of my plumbing, which adds value to my home.

Extremely impressive end to end. From the very first call i received from Bob to installation, everything about this process was professional and exceeded customer satisfaction. Bob is very knowledgeable and the installation professional was great at his work. My homeâ s construction wasnâ t ideal and it took them extra hours to complete the job but they did it with grace. Recommend. We did our own research before we decided to look for a company to install water solution system. Bob is very knowledgeable and their product does exact the same as we researched. We bought a TSD tester ourself and tested the water after about 5 days installed. The read gets lower and lower but still not as perfect as lower than 20. So we texted Bob. He responded very quick and called me, but I missed his phone call, so he explained in text message very detail. It’s because we don’t have a large family so it takes longer to get to the ultimate stage and it will get better and better. The bubbles from pipes too. They would show up for longer period of time because we are not using as much water.

Bob and his team are very professional and Bob has good knowledge about water systems. Bob installed the Aquatrio package which included water softner, whole house filter and RO. Installation was done within one week. After the installation, i was hearing noise in my water pipeline. I contacted Bob to resolve this issue and he was very prompt enough to resolve the issue and walked me through some steps which resolved it. It was basically air in the system. After one week, i received call from Bob to make sure that issue is fully resolved. I appreciate Bob and his team for great customer service.

Bob was very thorough and professional in his presentation and that is why we decided to go with Aquatron. On the day of the job, they were punctual and they did the job very quickly and still managed to explain everything to us again and made sure we understood everything. We are very pleased with the way our water tastes and feels. We highly recommend Aquatron if you are looking for a water filtration system for your whole house.

We got water softener (for the whole house) and reverse osmosis (under the sink). Bob was able to setup and schedule the appointment in a short time and delivered the quality work right after the snowstorm though it was a little tricky to get the equipment in. Highly recommend their service.

Only a few days post installation, and I am happy to report that this is a great company to do business with. I brought in multiple companies to discuss softening, filtering and RO solutions. Bob was extremely personable, answered every and all questions without giving the impression of annoyance. Whether I called or texted, the response came almost immediately. He gave me tons of information on the products which was extremely helpful. With systems like these, maintenance will be important, and one of the major reasons I selected them was the fact that they seemed like a company who would care about the customers and ensure there is satisfaction! Based on other reviews and my interaction with Bob, I felt that this would be a company who would take care of my needs now and in the future. The installation was done fairly quick and was very clean and organized. Bob and Ben did a fantastic job, explained everything to me and were very kind throughout the process. Again, answering questions and providing details around what was needed to maintain the system. I would recommend speaking to Bob if you need a system!

Bob Freda is a consummate professional. While he may be his companyâ s best salesman, heâ s also an expert on all things dealing with water, having been in the business for 30+ years and sells what you need, not what is best for maximizing sales. This is customer service from a bygone era. Top notch and able to answer any question you may have. After reviewing the positive reviews on Home Advisor I asked for a quote. Bob was in touch almost instantaneously. Having spoken to a few other salespeople it became quickly evident that he knows his business Far better than a â salesman.â . No hard sell. Just straight talk about the business of water softeners and water quality. If youâ re in the market for a water softener, donâ t hesitate. I had a Culligan softener for 30 years in my prior home, but I learned more from Bob In a few calls than I ever knew previously. Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable, professional , honest and reasonable I was looking for somebody to install water softener over weekend . Bod called me on Sunday evening and explained everything in detail answered all my questions. Previous company sold me separate tank for scale build up which as per bob was not needed with water softener. Thanks bob for your honest advice. He quickly arranged one of his installer Antonio to come and do necessary work. Antonio as bob mentioned was very professional and friendly knew exactly what needed to be done , nice and clean work. When I brought my concern with whole house water filteration he helped me to diagnose and treat the problem right away. Turned out previous plumber hooked it up wrong. Great quality, great service and great people! Price of installation of a whole house water filtration unit was very reasonable and 1/3 of the cost quoted by RainSoft which operates under Home Depot. Bob and Pradeep are very skilled, knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy individuals. They both went the extra mile and did a very clean and professional installation for no extra charge even though it required more work since my house has a finished basement. I highly recommend Aquatron Water Solutions for all of your home water filtration needs.

Bob Freda did a great job and was very patient in answering all our questions. He was extremely thorough in explaining about the filters and such. Honestly, I could go one, but I can not say enough nice things about Bob and his knowledge and customer service. The installation did not take more than an hour or so. His installer did a great job and was just as thorough in his work and explaining things. Again, can not say enough nice things...The best part? OUR WATER TASTES GREAT!! It is an excellent system and reasonably priced.

Rob made himself immediately, on the very first day we spoke, which was a weekend. After he finished the installation, he explained everything thoroughly. Finally, he called me two hours later to remind me of a task that I needed to complete. I am so very happy I found him. Thank you, Rob.
