The experience with Adrian was to me amazing !! It truly was my last straw before I had to spend money I didn’t want to for a new washer !! Adrian came and I did not have much hope because I was told twice I need a new washer but he somehow not only fixed it but it certainly sounds and moves better than it has been for the past year !! Can’t say how grateful we are for Butch coming and repairing our fridge the night before Thanksgiving. Many other companies refused to come out, Butch was immediate in responding, quick to fix the fridge and all for a very fair price.

Butch came to my house on three separate occasions. It was my stove, my icemaker and refrigerator all of these times. He was prompt courteous, and gave me a full explanation of what was wrong, and the work that needed to be done. The only thing I had to wait for was a part that needed to be ordered. He is one of these rare businessman who respect the customer, and will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. He is very knowledgeable with all appliances as he has been in the business for over 30 years. I recommend him and his brother Joe, without hesitation
