Friday Night & He was here Bright & Early on Saturday morning & it was a Holiday Weekend. Quality Work, Prompt, Clean Job, Professional & Personable. Bill is a true professional and did an outstanding job for me. He is highly responsive and highly ethical when he conducts business. He handled all of the plumbing for me for a factory built five bedroom Cape Cod which is now up on Pilings. You can't go wrong working with Bill.I had a few emergency situations also such as installing outside water access for the Masons one day prior to pouring the slab. I will certainly continue to use Bill for my plumbing requirements.

We had an appointment for Friday, the owner, Mr. Pendercast called me on Wednesday and said he was available Thursday. After a few questions he was able to determine what he needed to make the repairs. Then he was able to obtain all the materials, show up early and do three separate repairs within an hour. He and his assistant were extremely respectful and very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. Hire these guys, they are great!
