Good. The B in responsiveness was only because there was an initial glitch in setting up initial call but once reconnected very responsive and right on time. Quick service and reasonable price.

Brett promptly responded to my inquiry and set up an appointment. He showed up on time as promised and replaced the springs quickly. He also visually checked other components and sprayed the rollers with silicone lubricant. He honored his estimate, and promised warranty for parts/labor for 5 years. He seemed to enjoy what he did and respected his customer. It was a pleasure working with Brett.

Beautifully. Work done quickly but done well. Brett's customer service is exceptional. Would enthusiastically recommend his company. My garage door is old, and some other companies might have tried to sell me a new installation, but Brett identified the issues and corrected them, did not suggest a new door. It was shimmying, but now it works like new.

It went great. After others just told me over the phone that it was too old to get parts; and I needed to replace the whole unit for several hundred dollars, Brett made an appointment to come look at it. He was prompt and considerate of my schedule. He checked it out and found he could fix it with a new part. After he ordered the part, we made arrangements for him to come back for installation. He installed the new part, reprogramed the remote controls, lubricated the whole workings of the door; and had me try everything to check it out. About 1/3 the cost of other estimates for a whole new unit. Brett was quick, professional, reasonably priced; and so far, the work has been done correctly and working perfectly.

The work went very well. Everything that was going to be done was explained, prior to the work. The work was completed by a knowledgable, professional and as items were lubricated or replaced I was given an overall evaluation of the working mechanisms of the garage door. The assessment was positive on the garage door and no additional work was needed. I was so impressed with Jersey Coast Garage Door, I will use them in the future for any item that comes up with my garage door. An outststanding professional and an excellent experience!

I woke up this morning to discover an inoperable garage door, due to?one of the two torsion springs snapping?overnight. I called Jersey Coast Garage Doors after reading reviews on here...the phone was answered by the owner Brett. ?I explained my problem and need to have the door fixed today if possible, and Brett said he could be here after lunch today. ?Brett showed up on time,?assessed the door, had all of the required parts, and replaced both springs (at my request), and then lubed/aligned the rollers to ensure everything was good. He was very courteous and friendly, did an excellent job, and his experience/professionalism was evident in how well and quickly the job was done. ?He did what he said he would, when he said he would, for the price he quoted me on the phone. As such,?I would definitely recommend him for any garage door service/maintenance?without any reservations...
