Absolutely outstanding service! From start to finish, my experience with Blaze was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process as we switched our home's heating from oil to gas, making sure I understood the options and benefits. Not only was he informative and patient, but he also went above and beyond by connecting me with the right people at the gas company, helping us enroll in their interest-free loan program?something I never would have known about without his help. The quality of his work was so impressive that we entrusted him with our bathroom remodel too. He approached that job with the same professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. Thanks to his expertise, both projects turned out better than we could have imagined. Blaze was terrific. They replaced my water heater. The price was a great value (I shopped around) and the service was excellent. Blaze repeatedly followed up, he was extremely responsive and was on time. He literally came over the same day we spoke to diagnose the issue and replaced my water heater several days later at a day and time that worked for my schedule. One of my best experiences ever with a plumber.

Blaze knows his stuff inside (basement sink install, hook up and discharge) and out (outdoor shower h/c connections). High quality work at a fair price. Extremely customer focused. Made excellent suggestions and got my buy-in before starting work. Accommodated my schedule. Cleaned up afterwards as if his mother was going to live there. If you need any kind of plumbing work this is your guy.

Blase is a skilled professional who is fair and prompt in his work. This past winter our gas had to be shut off due to a leak between our meter and furnace. Blase made the time and took quick action to ensure my wife and baby did not feel the cold.

Based on a recommendation from a Heating and Air Conditioning company, I requested a quote from Blaze Plumbing for a New Water Heater. I was given 3 options for types of units, with detailed differences of performance levels. In comparison to other proposals, Blaze was competitive and the work was to be self performed. The work was completed professionally, including clean up and with in the proposed time frame. Iâ m a retired construction electrician and highly recommend Blaze Plumbing. .
