Audio Crafters were able to schedule me within 24 hours of booking the service through Angie's List. They were responsive and communicated their ETA. I was given a 5 hour window the day prior. On the day of, I was texted and given an ETA, and then texted when they were on their way. They arrived when expected and were very professional and treated my home like their own. The technicians were very friendly and did an awesome job. Initially I went with their calculation on room size and TV size, so the TV was mounted on the wall. I realized, the height was too high for me, so we did a few more tries, each time a new drill in the wall. That would be my only concern, but I should have just asked them to hold it up before I agreed on the height of the TV. Audio Crafters spackled the drill holes and they are all hidden behind the TV, so you can't even tell. They plugged in all of the cables, left an extra HDMI cable for future consoles, if needed, vacuumed any dust that was left, gave us extra mounting hardware (screws and such) in case we were going to change the TV. I recommend Audio Crafters and will keep them in mind for all future home theater needs.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Audio Crafters again. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Installation was quick and they provided me with great information and recommendations.

Lou and his team were fantastic!  They squeezed me into their busy schedule and came out to my house the next day to do the installation.  After looking at what I wanted to have done, Lou suggested a number of ways I could do it and then looked for the best deals he could offer to save me some money.  Their work was fantastic and the price, professionalism, responsiveness, etc. was great.  I am hoping to have Lou and his team come out in the Spring to do a full sound set up in the house as well.

I let Lou know where I wanted the speakers; one was required to be above an HVAC vent and another above an open door way - a big ask.

Lou came up with a plan and I watched him and his team go to work, checking and double-checking measurements, carefully mounting my speakers and systematically running the cables down to the basement through a brush plate at the front of the room, along and up into the required locations.

When Lou and his team left my speakers were on the wall exactly where I wanted them. They cleaned up after themselves. The speaker cables were neatly secured in the basement away from power cables. 

Lou was very professional and knowledgeable from my initial call to request a quote to the time the install was complete. He and John did a wonderful job, installed our tv over the fireplace, and hooking up all our components and sound bar. They even left enough space below so when we eventually install a mantle, we won't have any issues. We will definitely be hiring them again in the future when we're ready to finish our basement, and would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. They pay close attention to details and are very conscientious.

Now, being an amateur audiophile with the experience level of a small child, I was having a problem with the speaker selector for zone 2 heating up to 132deg. F. Also, Atlantic Electronic Repair in Northfield, NJ 'repaired' my Onkyo SR606 receiver for a HDMI switch problem that is common in this receiver; however I was overcharged severely for it and it was not done properly ( NOT Audio Crafters).
I contacted Lou on a Friday and he had John come out the next Tuesday. John replaced my speaker selector, and he spent 2 hours working on the wiring to compensate for Atlantic Electronic Repair's poor work. He got it working as good as new.
So for $125, John will come out to my house, test all my equipment, make sure it's hooked up and set it up optimally and not leave
until the job is done. He made sure the settings are correct by double checking them to ensure everything works properly. I was quite satisfied and it was a great relief. John and Lou are very thorough, get right down to business and both have a very good nature, even following up in several days to ensure the system was working properly. Great guys who do great work. Made us really happy. I'd recommend Audio Crafters to anyone for new or repairs to home theaters.

All work professionally done and will be calling again this week for additional work, I only provided TV's all mounts and other wiring included in price to contractor.
