Originally, I had used him to install a fence system and I was highly satisfied.  Therefore, I was very willing to hire him for to rerock, finish, and paint two ceilings.  I gave him a deposit on the day that he drew up contract, and paid him in full because my dealings with him the past were very honorable and he promised he would complete the work and correct all damages. 

However, the dealing with the company for this job went much differently.

Throughout the process they damaged and or broke two living room lamps that I made by hand, a $500 wooden table centerpiece, brand new vacuum cleaner, a commercial dustpan, my doorbell, a picture frame with pictures included, the dining room floor finish, and most importantly a custom made lacquer dining room table with a mother of pearl insert on the top (value of $1695.00 and $300 delivery charge as it was made in Sunrise, Florida).

He has yet to respond regarding my complaints.  I wrote him many letters and faxed them to him.  My neighbor called the gentleman as well, and he told her he can only answer complaints that were made via internet.  Therefore, my neighbor kindly emailed him on 9/10/2011, per his request, to submit a complaint.  We have still yet to hear a response from the individual and the company.  This is a summer house, and I will be closing it up soon for the year.

It is the worst experience that I have had in all the years of doing work to my home.
