Difficult to deal with. Does not take credit cards and will not tell you how much the service with cost until work is complete.

Needed to check system we inherited with new house.  Adjustments were necessary because we had installed a fence that was interfering with some sprinker heads. Returned my call promptly and owner and crew of  3 came on time as scheduled.  They tested pressure, hookup to water, then mapped all heads and coverage.  He walked me through recommended changes, installed replacement heads and changed "play" of certain other heads to improve coverage.  He programmed all recommended timing changes to the control unit.
He was good at explaining everything he and the crew were doing and why.

They stated they could repair the heads, but it would be a waste of time, so they stated that it would be $5000+ to replace the system (I'm sure that doesn't include the taxes). It was too complicated for them to fix it so they just offered to replace it as a quick fix.

Great. The only minor thing was they said they'd be at my house by 9:00, didn't get their until almost 10:15 and didn't call. I called their office and was told they were hung up at a stop they had to make before me. It would have been nice if they called, but not a big deal really. When they arrived the sales rep was with the crew, they went over placement, the plumber was careful to wear shoe coverings in the house, all involved were courteous and professional. When install was done, they carefully went over each item on control box with me, made sure I understood everything, did a test run, showed me how to test system. Excellent - highest caliber.

He was very thorough and was a lot of help. I was pleased with the service and I would recommend him to anyone. He was reasonable and reliable. I was happy that he went through everything the first time to find what was wrong, so that I wouldn't have to have them come back and do more work.
